Минимальные расстройства пищеварения: когда проблемы есть, а лечить еще рано

Аннотация

Анатомо-физиологические особенности и функциональная незрелость пищеварительной системы новорожденных являются факторами риска развития функциональных расстройств пищеварения. При этом повышенная тревожность и беспокойство родителей даже при наличии у ребенка минимальных расстройств пищеварения являются причиной частого обращения к врачу. В статье обсуждаются аспекты этиологии гастроинтестинальных симптомов, ассоциированных с продолжающимся развитием пищеварительного тракта у детей раннего возраста. Освещены методы профилактики и коррекции пищеварительного дискомфорта у детей первого года жизни.
