МУКОЛИТИКИ ДЛЯ ДЕТЕЙ: СЛОЖНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ, ВАЖНЫЕ ОТВЕТЫ

Аннотация
Авторами проанализированы наиболее часто задаваемые врачами вопросы, которые вызывают трудности при выборе и назначении муколитического препарата. В статье рассмотрены различные клинические эффекты N-ацетилцистеина и особенности назначения всех его лекарственных форм, в особенности детям младшего возраста. Приведены показания и противопоказания для приема препаратов ацетилцистеина при сухом и влажном кашле, в сочетании с другими лекарственными средствами и в первые сутки острой респираторной инфекции, которые сопровождаются наличием вязкого бронхиального секрета. Подробно объяснены причины «заболачивания» легких и перечислены меры по его профилактике.
