АНТИБИОТИКОАССОЦИИРОВАННАЯ ДИАРЕЯ В КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ

Аннотация

В статье систематизированы современные данные по актуальной клинической проблеме — антибиотик-ассоциированной диарее. В возникновении антибиотик-ассоциированной диареи основная роль принадлежит нарушению микробиоценоза и иммунному ответу организма. В терапии этой патологии, наряду с использованием метронидазола и ванкомицина, большое значение придают пробиотикам. Пробиотики играют определенную роль также и в предупреждении рецидива и при профилактике антибиотик-ассоциированной диареи. Комплексный подход к верификации антибиотик-ассоциированной диареи и тактике ведения больных дает возможность значительно уменьшить число и степень тяжести возможных осложнений.
