Синдром внезапной смерти младенца: эволюция определений, эпидемиология и факторы риска

Аннотация

Представлен обзор литературы по проблеме синдрома внезапной смерти младенца (СВСМ). Сделан акцент на эволюции определений диагноза, некорректном использовании «синонима» — термина «синдром внезапной детской смерти» в нашей стране. Приводятся эпидемиологические характеристики СВСМ в странах с различным уровнем подушевого дохода населения. Анализируется современный взгляд на теории возникновения синдрома. Факторы риска проанализированы с позиции влияния/изменения, т.е. возможной модификации с целью повлиять на инцидентность синдрома, что важно для врача-педиатра. Обсуждены протективные факторы СВСМ как основа первичной профилактики. Предложен алгоритм (правило РОСтоК) организации безопасного пространства сна младенца с целью снижения рисков смерти детей первого года жизни, ассоциированных со сном. Алгоритм предлагается использовать при создании образовательных программ для беременных и родителей детей первого года жизни.
