ИММУНОМОДУЛИРУЮЩЕЕ И ЛЕЧЕБНОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ БИФИДО- И ЛАКТОБАКТЕРИЙ У ДЕТЕЙ С АЛЛЕРГИЧЕСКИМИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ И ЧАСТЫМИ РЕСПИРАТОРНЫМИ ИНФЕКЦИЯМИ

Аннотация
В последнее время внимание клиницистов и исследователей все больше привлекают пробиотики. По данным многочисленных исследований, они оказались эффективными в лечении острых и хронических заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта; активно исследуют возможность их применения у больных с аллергологической патологией, частыми респираторными инфекциями. В обзоре представлены результаты применения бифидо- и лактобактерий у больных с аллергическими заболеваниями, частыми респираторными инфекциями. Показано, что лактобактерии малоэффективны для профилактики и лечения аллергопатологии у пациентов младше 1 года жизни, тогда как у детей старше года проявлялось их положительное действие. По данным клинических исследований, пробиотики, содержащие бифидо- и лактобактерии, снижают частоту и степень тяжести респираторных инфекций. Для часто и длительно болеющих пациентов характерны персистирующие вирусно-бактериальные и вирусно-бактериально-грибковые ассоциации, плохо поддающиеся лечению. В экспериментальных исследованиях установлено, что виды и штаммы лакто- и бифидобактерий, входящих в состав нового комбинированного пробиотика, оказывают антагонистическое действие в отношении представителей условно-патогенной микрофлоры, восстанавливают целостность кишечного эпителия, усиливают продукцию цитокинов иммунокомпетентными клетками. Кроме того, появились данные о противовирусном действии лактобактерий. Все это делает данный комбинированный пробиотик перспективным в комплексной терапии часто и длительно болеющих пациентов с микст-инфекциями.
