Отдаленное развитие и здоровье детей, зачатых с помощью вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий

Аннотация
Демографическая ситуация в России требует расширения мер по борьбе с бесплодием, в том числе с использованием вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий (ВРТ). Представлен анализ связей ВРТ с особенностями здоровья и отдаленного развития «детей из пробирки». Показан высокий риск дизонтогений после экстракорпорального оплодотворения / интрацитоплазматического введения сперматозоидов, обусловленный эпигенетическими нарушениями, в том числе нарушениями метилирования ДНК. Для полноценного развития всех детей, в т.ч. зачатых с помощью ВРТ, имеют важное значение условия жизни, воспитания и медицинского сопровождения. Представлены связи отдаленного когнитивного развития «детей из пробирки» с особенностями воспитания в семье.
