Желтуха грудного молока

Аннотация
Представлены результаты современных исследований патогенеза желтухи грудного молока — распространенной формы неонатальной желтухи. Охарактеризованы основные факторы риска, а также методы диагностики, позволяющие исключить другие формы желтушного синдрома при рецидивирующих и затяжных желтухах у новорожденных. Представлены основные подходы к терапии желтухи грудного молока. Обсуждены дискуссионные вопросы показаний к использованию фототерапии. Обоснована целесообразность сохранения грудного вскармливания при развитии желтухи грудного молока. Несмотря на относительно благоприятное течение и исходы желтухи грудного молока, это состояние требует внимания педиатров. Отмечена необходимость продолжения исследований патогенетической терапии пациентов с желтухой грудного молока.
