ОПЫТ ВЕДЕНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТА С ТЯЖЕЛЫМ ТЕЧЕНИЕМ ПСОРИАТИЧЕСКОГО АРТРИТА

Аннотация
Представлен опыт ведения пациента с псориатическим артритом, характеризующимся тяжелым течением, наличием системных проявлений, высокими лабораторными показателями активности, полиартикулярным суставным синдромом, типичными изменениями кожи и ногтей, быстрой инвалидизацией пациента, низким уровнем качества жизни ребенка и его семьи. Продемонстрирована высокая эффективность биологической терапии этанерцептом. Через 3 мес лечения достигнута стадия неактивной болезни, через 9 мес — клинико-лабораторная ремиссия, причем со стороны не только суставного синдрома, но и экстраартикулярных и кожных проявлений и лабораторных показателей активности.
