Функциональный запор у ребенка: хроническая болезнь или проблема развития?

Аннотация

Рассматриваются современные точки зрения на одну из важных проблем педиатрии — запоры у детей. Не имея в большинстве случаев органических причин для формирования, запоры при несвоевременном лечении приводят к нарушению качества жизни и трудно корректируемым осложнениям. Тактика лечения детских запоров должна сочетать немедикаментозные и лекарственные методы, максимально щадящие ребенка. К широко используемым ректальным способам лечения следует прибегать крайне ограниченно.
