Актуальные аспекты жаропонижающей терапии у детей с острыми респираторными инфекциями

Аннотация
Обсуждаются проблемные вопросы сезонной заболеваемости детей острыми респираторными инфекциями. Рассмотрены основные этиологические факторы, характерные для конкретных возбудителей симптомы, причины всплесков заболеваемости в определенные периоды. Особое внимание уделено анализу тактики жаропонижающей терапии в различных группах детей с лихорадкой при острых респираторных заболеваниях, разобраны типичные ошибки при ее назначении. Приведены данные отечественных и зарубежных исследователей по применению ибупрофена для купирования лихорадки у детей с указанной патологией, сведения об эффективности и безопасности препарата по сравнению с другими анальгетиками-антипиретиками.
