Особенности течения острых респираторных инфекций у детей с аллергическими болезнями: проблемы ведения пациентов и пути их решения

Аннотация
Острые респираторные инфекции — одна из актуальных проблем педиатрии в связи с высокой заболеваемостью, особенно у детей определенных групп. Аллергические болезни являются одной из наиболее частых причин, обусловливающих повышенную восприимчивость детей к вирусным инфекциям, их более тяжелое течение, высокий риск развития осложнений и аллергических реакций на принимаемые медикаменты. В статье рассмотрены особенности иммунного ответа детей-атопиков, влияющие на характер течения острых респираторных инфекций, перечислены основные проблемы ведения таких пациентов и предложены возможные пути их решения.
