Аннотация

Лекция посвящена наиболее часто встречающемуся в педиатрической практике системному васкулиту — синдрому Кавасаки. Это заболевание сопряжено с риском развития инфаркта миокарда и внезапной сердечной смерти у детей и лиц молодого возраста и в настоящее время признано ведущей причиной приобретенных заболеваний сердца у детей. Приводятся исторические аспекты и современные взгляды, касающиеся этиологии, патогенеза, клинических проявлений, диагностики и лечения синдрома Кавасаки. Материал является обобщением данных отечественной и зарубежной литературы и собственного опыта авторов.
