АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ РАЗВИТИЯ ЗАПОРОВ У ДЕТЕЙ, ПОДХОДЫ К ТЕРАПИИ

Аннотация
Статья посвящена одной из наиболее актуальных проблем детской гастроэнтерологии и педиатрии в целом — функциональным запорам. Рассматриваются основные патофизиологические механизмы и этиологические факторы развития данной патологии с учетом возраста и периода развития ребенка. Приводятся современные классификации запоров и принципы их лечения у детей, разработанные NASPGHAN и включающие обучение пациентов и их родителей, в т. ч. поведенческую терапию.
