ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ И БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ ТЕРАПИИ АДАЛИМУМАБОМ У ДЕТЕЙ С ЮВЕНИЛЬНЫМ ИДИОПАТИЧЕСКИМ АРТРИТОМ И УВЕИТОМ

Аннотация

В статье представлены результаты исследования эффективности и безопасности лечения адалимумабом у 110 пациентов с ювенильным идиопатическим артритом (ЮИА) и артритом с поражением глаз, рефрактерным к терапии классическими иммунодепрессантами. Длительность наблюдения составила от 3 мес до 1 года. Адалимумаб вводился подкожно в дозе 40 мг 1 раз в 2 нед. АнтиФНО терапия обеспечила развитие клинической ремиссии, снижение и нормализацию лабораторных показателей активности заболевания, уменьшение степени инвалидизации и повышение качества жизни у 100 (90%) детей, снижение активности увеита — у 8 (17%), ремиссию увеита — у 40 (83%) больных. За время наблюдения нежелательных явлений, потребовавших отмены препарата, не зарегистрировано. Таким образом, терапия адалимумабом является патогенетически обоснованной, эффективной и безопасной у больных ЮИА и увеитом.
