ЗАДЕРЖКА ВНУТРИУТРОБНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ И ЕЕ ВЛИЯНИЕ НА СОСТОЯНИЕ ЗДОРОВЬЯ ДЕТЕЙ В ПОСЛЕДУЮЩИЕ ПЕРИОДЫ ЖИЗНИ. ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ НУТРИТИВНОЙ КОРРЕКЦИИ

Аннотация
В статье анализируются причины задержки внутриутробного развития (ЗВУР), особенности гомеостаза и метаболизма, клинические проявления и отдаленные последствия для здоровья детей, родившихся с ЗВУР. Обсуждаются вопросы организации питания, особенности выбора продуктов питания для этой категории пациентов, а также дискуссионные вопросы по данной проблеме. Представлены данные исследования по вскармливанию новорожденных и детей раннего возраста (первых 3 месяцев жизни), в т.ч. родившихся с ЗВУР и имеющих умеренный постнатальный дефицит питания, с использованием молочной смеси на основе козьего молока, содержащей пре- и пробиотики.
