Abstract
The article presents a results of evaluation of psychometric properties of Russian versions of PedsQL Rheumatology Module (PedsQL RM) and PedsQL Generic Core Scale (PedsQL GCS) questionnaires in estimation of quality of life in children of 5-18 years old with juvenile arthritis.138 children took part in this trial: 57 patients in age 5-7 years old (middle age 5.86±0.88 years old), 43 – from 8 to 12 years old (middle age 9.69±0.88 years old), and 38 children – from 13 to 18 years old (middle age 13.8±1.03 years old). Estimation of reliability of questionnaires was held with calculation of Cronbach's alpha, constructive validity – with method of “known groups” with the help of analysis of dependence of quality of life indices from index of functional insufficiency (estimated by CHAQ questionnaire). Evaluation of sensitivity was carried out with comparison of quality of life in children (n=24, n=16, n=14) at the initial stage and on 6-th week of treatment with infliximab. Cronbach’s alpha was 0.70-0.91, which testifies to high reliability of Russian versions of PedsQL RM and PedsQL GCS questionnaires. Significant inverse negative relationship of functional insufficiency index reflects validity of Russian versions of PedsQL RM and PedsQL GCS questionnaires. Improvement of quality of life in children with rheumatoid arthritis confirms high sensitivity of Russian versions of PedsQL RM and PedsQL GCS questionnaires. Thus, Russian versions of PedsQL RM and PedsQL GCS questionnaires allow impartial estimation of quality of life in children with juvenile arthritis.
Key words: juvenile arthritis, children, quality of life, PedsQL Rheumatology Module and PedsQL Generic Core Scale, infliximab.

Abstract
This article presents results of nephrological and urological diagnostics and treatment of 48 children with dismethabolic nephropathy in age 2-15 years old. Oxalaturia was diagnosed in 75% of patients, uraturia – in 25%, isolated crystaluria – in 47,5%, combination with microeritrocyturia and (or) proteinuria – 52,5%. Besides, increasing of malonic dialdehyde concentration in blood and urine, protein, beta2-microglobulin and nitrites in blood and urine was marked. This fact testifies to instability of cell membranes and presence of disorders of kidney tissue function. Use of Caneohron N in rehabilitation of children with dismethabolic nephropathies in mono- or combined treatment course leads to normalization of level of malonic dialdehyde, nitric oxide, proteinuria and beta2-microglobulin.
Key words: children, dismetabolic nephropathy, treatment, rehabilitation.

Abstract
This lecture shows basic conception of problem of vitamin deficiency in schoolchildren at the time of increased educational load (intellectual and physical). It’s marked, that children taking vitamin complexes have optimal concentration of vitamins in blood plasma. All vitamins in vitamin complexes are similar to “natural” ones, presenting in natural food with its chemical structure and biological activity. Opinion that pharmaceutically made vitamins are less assimilated then “natural” is mistaken. Administration of vitamins in complex is more effective then separate use of each of them. As a result, prophylactic use of vitamins strengthens protective forces of child’s organism, favors to normal functioning of nervous system of schoolchildren, increases the resistance to physical loads and recommended to children with nutrition disorders.
Key words: children, vitamins B, education, vitamin complexes.

Abstract
Growth inhibition in children is heterogeneous state, and it may accompany many endocrine, somatic, genetic and chromosome diseases. Generally recognized medications for treatment of somatotropic insufficiency in present times are biosynthetic analogs of human growth hormone (hGH), obtained with DNA-recombinant technology. This article presents the results of estimation of effectiveness of hGH in treatment of children with short stature (n=77) with isolated deficiency of growth hormone, panhypopituitarism, Turner's syndrome, treated with hGH during 3 years. All patients had significant positive dynamics of clinical status, the velocity of grouth increased from 1.9 cm (initial) per year to 11.0 cm (the end of first year), with following decrease to 5.3 cm per year. SDS index of growth had stable tendency to increase: medium SDS index of growth initially was -3.9 SD, on the end of third year – -2.0 SD. It was shown, that treatment with hGH is effective in any types of short stature.
Key words: children, short stature, treatment, human growth hormone.

Abstract
Authors give a description of spontaneous dissection (SD) of extra- and intracranial arteries in 5 children (4 boys and 1 girl) in age 5-15 years old. SD in 4 children was developed as ischemic stroke, and in 1 patient – as transitory ischemic attack. SD was provoked by alcoholic beverage, movement of head, straining effort at defecation. Magnetic resonance angiography in acute period and in 1.5 months and later allowed restoration of partial and complete arterial permeability. Magnetic resonance imaging in all patients showed infarction in basin of affected arteries. Clinical and laboratory signs of thrombophilia were absent. Authors made a conclusion, that diagnosis of SD is based on complex evaluation of clinical sign and repeated angiography data. Differentiation is carried out between SD and thrombosis of intracranial arteries.
Key words: children, spontaneous intracranial dissection, ischemic stroke.
