Abstract
This article describes an information system for physicians working in general education institutes, which is named «Detection, correction and prophylaxis of musculoskeletal system disorders in students of general education institutes». This system was created for the purpose of improving diagnostics of initial stages of musculoskeletal system in schoolchildren, detecting of risk factors, and for the provision of timely prophylaxis during school education. The system was based on classification of functional disorders and initial stages of diseases of musculoskeletal system in schoolchildren, developed by authors of present article, and methods of medical examination and organization of this work.
Key words: schoolchildren, musculoskeletal system, diagnostics, classification, prophylaxis.

Abstract
The article presents results of study of inhibitor TNF α — infliximab — on quality of life in patients with juvenile arthritis, refractory to standard immunosuppressive treatment. In 1.5 months after the beginning of treatment, the quality of life increased in 98% of patients; and in one year, the rates of physical functioning were similar to it in healthy children the same age.

Abstract
Headache is the more often seen complaint in patient with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) at the visit to the neurologist. The objective of this study is analysis of headaches in children with different types of RA. 166 patients with different types of rheumatoid arthritis were examined, 65 (39,1%) children had complaints to the headaches. All patients with complaints to the headaches underwent complex examination — taking neurological history, neurological examination, and radiography of cervical part of spinal column in 2 projections, Doppler sonography of cervical vessels, eye grounds examination. Analysis of symptoms of headaches makes possible dividing it to the main types in patients with rheumatoid arthritis: craniocervicalgia, vascular headaches, and secondary headaches on the ground of RA exacerbation, intoxication, and steroid arterial hypertension, and stress headaches. It was shown, that headaches can be a result of both disease and its antirheumatic treatment.
Key words: children, headaches, juvenile arthritis.

Abstract
This article analyzes questions of quadrivalent vaccine Gardasil use for the protection of human papilloma virus (HPV) type 6, 11, 16, and 18, responsible to 70% of carcinoma of uterine cervix cases, and 90% of anogenital condylomas. The results of wide ranging trials show that vaccine is effective in almost 100% of cases for the prevention of pre oncological intraepithelial dysplasia of uterine cervix, vulva, and vagina, anogenital condylomas, caused by vaccine types of HPV. Studies describe vaccine's high immunogenicity and safety. The vaccine was included in immunizations schedule in many countries. Obtained data give us hope that vaccination against uterine cervix cancer will be included in Russian National immunizations schedule in the immediate future.
Key words: human papilloma virus, carcinoma of uterine cervix, quadrivalent vaccine.

Abstract
Hemophagocytal lymphohistiocytosis is a rare and frequently fatal disorder of immune response regulation, based on defects of cell cytotoxicity and hyper production of pro inflammatory cytokines. This disease is devided to genetically determinate types of hemophagocytal lymphohistiocytosis and secondary hemophagocytal syndromes, associated to infections, malignant neoplasm, autoimmune disease and immunodeficiency. The article gives a brief description of pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, and methods of hemophagocytal lymphohistiocytosis treatment.
Key words: hemophagocytal lymphohistiocytosis, immunosuppression, ciclosporin A, etoposide, dexamethasone.

Abstract
Pericarditis maybe caused by different agents: viruses, bacteria, tuberculosis, and it may be autoimmune. All these types of diseases have similar clinical signs, but differ by prevalence, prognosis and medical tactics. Due to achievements of radial methods of visualization, molecular biology, and immunology, we have an opportunity to provide early specific diagnostics and etiological treatment of inflammatory diseases of pericardium. The second part of lecture presents main principles of differential diagnostics of specific types of pericarditis, gives characteristics of several often accruing types of disease, and describes treatment and tactics of management of patients with pericarditis.
Key words: children, pericarditis.

Abstract
This article presents the results of a trial, studying effectiveness and safety of adalimumab in treatment of 16 patients with different types of juvenile arthritis, refractory to standard immunosuppressive treatment and infliximab. The treatment with adalimumab provided the development of articular syndrome and uveitis remission, decreasing and normalization of laboratory indices of disease activity, lessening of disabling disorders rate, increase of quality of life in all patients. The tolerance to adalimumab was satisfactory: there was no any adverse event related to treatment.
Key words: children, juvenile arthritis, treatment, uveitis, adalimumab.

Abstract
Palatine tonsil hypertrophy is one of the most frequent cases of nasal obstruction in children. Perfection of conservative treatment of palatine tonsil hypertrophy is important direction in prophylaxis of inflammatory diseases of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. This article presents an experience of treatment with mometasone furoate (Nasonex) in children (n = 20) in age 6–15 years old with medium and severe nasal obstruction, caused by palatine tonsil hypertrophy. It was shown that treatment during 4 weeks, including mometasone furoate, resulted in increase of summary volumetric air flow rate, passing through the nasal cavity (from 304 ± 24 to 404 ± 22 sm3/s, p = 0.002), and decrease of summary resistance in fixed pressure point (from 0.64 ± 0.08 to 0.40 ± 0.02 Pa/sm3/s, p = 0.003). The degree of choanal obstruction was decreased at the time of study from 72% to 47%. Thus, treatment with mometasone furoate favors to reduction of volumetric size of palatine tonsil and reduction of endoscopic controlled choanal obstruction.

Authors analyzed a data on composition of modern industrially produced paps. The terms «pro and prebiotical products» was defined. It was shown, that these products influenced on composition of intestinal micro flora, functional state of gastrointestinal tract, and opportunity of prophylaxis of alimentary allergy in children in first year of life. This article describes good tolerance and significant effectiveness of milk free pap «Pomogayka» containing oats, wheat and prunes, enriched with sinbiotics: oligofructose, inulin, and bifidobacterium.

This article presents results of clinical observation, carried out for the purpose of evaluation of effectiveness of immunotherapy for preventing of relapse of acute respiratory infection in group of frequently ailing children. This trial included 300 patients in age from 3 to 15 years old, which had 6 of more episodes of acute respiratory infection during last years. Synthetic dipeptide pidotimoid was prescribed to all patients with insufficient function of immune system. Patients from pidotimoid group had significantly lower pate of relapse of respiratory infections and more rapid recovery.

Authors analyzed the results of dynamical observation and outcomes of pregnancy in 18 706 women. The ultrasonic scanning (US) was performed on 11–14 weeks of pregnancy in US_diagnostics department of maternity hospital № 5, Krasnoyarsk. Different congenital malformations (CM) and hereditary diseases (HD) was detected in 423 fetuses. 82.5% of CM and HD cases was diagnosed with the help of US in prenatal period. Presence of CM in fetus was accompanied with increase of chromosome pathology more then 10 times higher (on 14.7%). On the whole, unfavorable perinatal outcomes were detected in 293 (69.3%) cases of CM and HD in fetuses or newborn.

Abstract
The article gives a case report on patient with severe systemic type of juvenile arthritis, refractory to treatment with classical immuno suppressants and blocker of tumor necrotizing factor Successive application of biological agent — rituximab was described. In 9 weeks, extra articular symptoms of disease and acute inflammatory lesions in joints were stopped, and functional activity of child increased. Presented case report demonstrates high effectiveness of rituximab: patient with severe systemic type of juvenile arthritis has clinical and laboratory remission of disease during 12 months.
