НОВЫЕ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫЕ ФОРМЫ ГИДРОКОРТИЗОНА 17-БУТИРАТА В АРСЕНАЛЕ СРЕДСТВ ДЛЯ НАРУЖНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ АТОПИЧЕСКОГО ДЕРМАТИТА У ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация
Наружная терапия атопического дерматита у детей остается сложной и многофакторной проблемой. Нерациональный выбор средств лечения может повлечь ухудшение состояния ребенка, вызывать осложнения дерматоза, способствовать развитию «атопического марша». «Золотым стандартом» наружной терапии атопического дерматита остаются топические глюкокортикоиды. Их применение не ограничивается традиционными лекарственными формами, такими как крем и мазь. Представлены особенности новых лекарственных форм (эмульсии с разным содержанием липидов), сформулированы рекомендации по их практическому использованию, описан клинический опыт их использования при лечении детей с атопическим дерматитом.
