НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬ И ДЕФИЦИТ ВИТАМИНА D: ЧТО НОВОГО?

Аннотация

В настоящее время продолжаются дискуссии по поводу определения точного содержания витамина D в сыворотке крови, но уже существует согласованное мнение, что недостаточность витамина D распространена по всему миру и неблагоприятно воздействует на здоровье людей. Для того, чтобы витамин D обеспечивал все необходимые положительные эффекты на организм человека, следует поддерживать его статус в организме на должном уровне. Именно поэтому так важно правильно оценивать содержание витамина D в крови для своевременной детекции его недостаточности и дефицита.
