ОБОГАЩЕНИЕ ПРОДУКТОВ ДЕТСКОГО ПИТАНИЯ ПРЕБИОТИКАМИ: ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ И ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Аннотация

С момента формулирования концепция пребиотиков была поддержана и развита многими исследователями во всем мире. Использование пребиотиков для оптимизации состава кишечной микрофлоры и, таким образом, укрепления здоровья младенцев служит объектом внимания как исследователей, так и педиатров. В сообщении кратко изложены основные данные о классификации и свойствах наиболее распространенных пребиотиков с особым акцентом на инулиноподобных фруктанах и приведены литературные и собственные данные, касающиеся клинической оценки различных пребиотических продуктов.
