ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ ПИТАНИЯ И ЗДОРОВЬЕ ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация
На показатели здоровья детей влияют многие факторы, в т.ч. характер питания и вкусовые привычки. Несбалансированное питание детей не всегда отражаются на их здоровье, чаще проявления возникают при стрессовых нагрузках, а иногда и в более старшем возрасте. Изменение характера питания детей с включением в их рацион продуктов, содержащих необходимые растущему организму микро- и макроэлементы, белки, жиры, углеводы, может помочь нивелировать негативное влияние многих неблагоприятных факторов и улучшить показатели здоровья детей.
