НОВЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ АНТИБИОТИКОТЕРАПИИ ПРИ ОСТРОЙ И ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ РЕСПИРАТОРНОЙ ПАТОЛОГИИ У ДЕТЕЙ

Представлены данные о современном микробном пейзаже детей с острой и хронической респираторной патологией, динамика чувствительности микрофлоры за последние годы к часто применяемым антибиотикам. Приводятся принципы выбора антибиотика и контроля его эффективности, особенности применения у детей, частые побочные эффекты. Рассмотрены новые аспекты применения комбинированных антибактериальных препаратов ― экоантибиотиков. Включение в их состав лактулозы ангидро позволяет достичь высокой микробиологической эффективности и не вызывает антибиотик-ассоциированной диареи, что очень существенно в педиатрической практике.
