ВНУТРИВЕННЫЙ ИММУНОГЛОБУЛИН В ДЕТСКОЙ РЕВМАТОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ

Аннотация

Современное успешное лечение ревматических болезней невозможно без применения внутривенного иммуноглобулина. Использование внутривенного иммуноглобулина основано на строгих показаниях, разработанных в результате длительных многоцентровых контролируемых исследований. В статье освещены вопросы применения иммуноглобулина в детской ревматологической практике, представлен обзор литературы с результатами оценки эффективности применения внутривенного иммуноглобулина, подтверждающий эффективность препарата лишь при некоторых ревматических заболеваниях.
