БРОНХООБСТРУКТИВНЫЙ СИНДРОМ У ДЕТЕЙ: НОВОЕ РЕШЕНИЕ СТАРОЙ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Аннотация
Бронхообструктивный синдром — широко распространенное у детей патологическое состояние. К развитию этого синдрома при бронхиальной астме приводит аллергическое воспаление слизистой оболочки дыхательных путей с участием лейкотриенов. Установлено, что блокирование лейкотриеновых рецепторов с помощью препаратов монтелукаста оказывает терапевтическое воздействие, в т. ч. и у детей с возраста 2 лет. Препараты хорошо ими переносятся, способны предупреждать постнагрузочный бронхоспазм и в некоторых клинических ситуациях могут использоваться в качестве альтернативы глюкокортикоидам.
