Abstract
There was a survey of 88 pediatricians and 164 mothers, who brought their children to the polyclinic. Most respondents prefer new types of relations between the doctor and the patient's parents. Despite that only every fifth mother chose an authoritarian model, 38,4% of all the respondents do not want to participate in decision making regarding the medical intervention. A few doctors give parents information on the methods used to examine children, probable complications of a disease and side effects of the medical intervention. 62,5% of the pediatricians always receive the informed voluntary consent to the medical intervention from the parents, while 27,3% of the pediatricians always receive the informed voluntary consent to the medical intervention from a child. The doctors are quite often unacquainted with the regulations, sanctioning the disclosure of the medical secrecy. Only 59% of them support the right of parents to deny the medical intervention. Most pediatricians of the outpatient network admitted the level of their knowledge in the field of the biomedical ethics, patient's rights, social and legal protection of the medical staff and their responsibility in case of the damage caused to the patient to be insufficient.

Abstract
Rett syndrome represents one of the most important neuropsychiatric genetic diseases. It affects generally girls with the incidence 1:10000–1:15000. Mutations in clinked gene mecp2 are considered as the main cause of the disease. The particular patterns of chromosome x replication (type C) are observed in affected females allowing the cytogenetic technique application for the diagnosis. Cytogenetic and molecular genetic studies carried out in the present work allowed us to propose an integrated approach for the diagnosis of this disease. A clinical description, cytogenetic analyses (assessment of an abnormal chromosome X replication type in affected females as well as chromosome complement abnormalities in affected males), molecular cytogenetic assays using DNA probes specific for mecp2 gene region, studying mecp2 mutations, and x chromosome inactivation pattern studies were combined in order to provide the efficient clinical and genetic diagnosis of RTT as well as counseling of family with affected children. The data obtained have shown to increase significantly the efficiency of the diagnosis as well as genetic counseling of families with Rett syndrome affected children.
Key words: Rett syndrome, x-chromosome inactivation, mecp2 mutations, replication of chromosome x, children.

Abstract
Within the structure of the inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract among children, one may single out a specific group of the chronic pathology of the digestive apparatus — eosinophilic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and gastroenterological manifestations of the food allergy. The food allergy is characterized by the pathologic immune reactivity among commonly genetically predisposed people. Depending on the peculiarities of the immune reactivity of a sick person and the nature of the allergen, the allergic reaction may evolve with primary involvement of the different mechanisms or th2 IgE-mediated, or Th1 non-igecmediated. Clinical picture of the food allergy is the manifestation of the immunoinflammatory process caused by the interaction of the food antigens with the structures of the lymphoid tissues associated with the mucous membranes of this or that target organ. The morphological basis of the clinical picture is mostly immune inflammation with primarily eosinophilic tissue infiltration. The eosinophilic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract include eosinophilic esophagitis, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, eosinophilic enteritis, eosinophilic colitis, eosinophilic proctitis and other states. During the food allergy each of the clinical forms of the gastrointestinal tract lesion has its own peculiarities with regards to the primary development mechanism, age of manifestation, character of the run and behaviour tactics.

Abstract
Among the sickly children, pharyngitis and tonsillopharyngitis are quite often accompanied by pain and scratch in a throat, which is anguished for a child themselves and causes parents to worry. In the therapy for the indicated pathology, a certain place is held by a local antibiotic fusafungine. In the article, the author studies the effects of fusafungine on tonsillitis/tonsillopharyngitis and pharyngitis, running with pain in a throat, among the sickly children aged between 3 and 15. The research was carried on in 42 centers of different Russian regions and became a part of the multicentered research according to «Chibis» program. 2,609 children were examined, 1,907 of who Received fusafungine and 702 children did not. Among 78,1% of the children, the authors noted the phenomena of pharyngitis, rhinopharyngitis and acute tonsillopharyngitis. As the research showed the symptoms of rhinopharyngitis and tonsillopharync gitis were reliably arrested much faster, when applying fusafungine, thus, the clinical effects mostly emerged after 4th–5th day of the therapy. The acquired data allowed one to recommend the inclusion of fusafungine into the therapy for acute rhinopharyngitis, pharyngitis and tonsillopharyngitis among the sickly children.

Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is a wide spread disease in the practices of the pediatrician. Quite often, the development of atopic dermatitis among children is accompanied by dysbacteriosis of the intestines, whose correction assisted by the probiotics is not always efficient. The purpose of the present research was to study the «Primadophilus for children» dietary supplement efficacy and safety to restore microbiocenosis of the intestines among children with atopic dermatitis. 102 patients aged between 6 months and 6 years took a part in the open research. It was discovered that most children, who received the dietary supplement along with the basic therapy, showed restoration of the normal intestinal microflora. The positive dynamics of the skin process evaluated according to SCORAD scale was marked among 76% of children from the main group and among 68% of children from the screening group. The most drastic reduction of the SCORAD index (by 16–20 points) was noted among 52% of children from the main group and only among 30% of children from the screening group (p < 0,05). No side effects were reported during the treatment. Thus, the researchers proved that «Primadophilus for children» was an efficient and safe means for the complex therapy for atopic dermatitis among children.
