Abstract
Lipid composition in children with different types of juvenile arthritis was investigated in this trial. Significant decrease of plasma concentration of cholesterol in high density lipoproteins in patients with high activity of rheumatoid arthritis was discovered. «Atherogenic» shift of lipid composition and increase of atherogenity index was shown in most of pediatric patients with different types of juvenile arthritis. The number of children with increased atherogenity index grows according to the increase of disease activity. pediatric patients with high activity of juvenile arthritis and juvenile ankylosing spondylitis are the risk group of early atherosclerosis development.
Key words: juvenile arthritis, atherosclerosis, high density lipoproteins, triglyceride, atherogenity index.

Abstract
This work focuses on characteristics of central and peripheral hemodinamics and its correlation with 24 hours' profile of blood pressure and humoral status in adolescents with primary arterial hypertension. 91 adolescent was examined, 27 patients had phenomenon of white coat hypertension, other patients had labile (n = 37) and stable (n = 27) arterial hypertension. Maximal value of myocardial mass of left ventricle was in adolescents with stable arterial hypertension. The signs of remodeling of myocardium of left ventricle were stated in 6 (6,5%) patients. the intensity of hypertrophy of left ventricle concerned with high variability of systolic blood pressure during daylight hours and its inadequate reduction during a night. Indices of central and peripheral hemodynamics in a number of cases associated with humoral factors — concentration of uric acid and willebrand factor in blood plasma.

Abstract
Embarrassment of left renal and common iliac veins is a congenital abnormality of veins. In single patients this abnormality can lead to regional venous hypertension. Diagnosis and treatment of this state in pediatric practice are not developed. Adolescent patients (n = 61) with embarrassment of left iliac or/and renal veins were treated in 2002–2006 years. The main signs of embarrassment were: varicocele, dilatation of subcutaneous veins and edema of left leg, proteinuria, microhematuria, pain in left renal area. Ultrasonic doppler and renophlebography with phlebotonometry were used in all patients. Indication to different types of surgical procedures, depending on angiographic data and intensity of blood supply disturbance were developed. The intensity of blood supply was measured with pressure gradient. 61 surgical procedures were carried out with the control of intra operative phlebotonometry. Decrease of blood pressure gradient in left renal and iliac veins was chosen as an efficacy criterion. All treated patients had a significant decrease of blood pressure gradient in left renal and iliac veins.
Key words: adolescents, venous hypertension, renal veiniliac vein, iliac artery, embarrassment syndrome.

Abstract
Allergen specific immunotherapy (ASIT) is a very effective technique in treatment of many allergic diseases. It greatly improves the quality of life. There's a risk of adverse system reactions at the time of ASIT. Treatment with anti Ige antibodies (omalizumab, xolair) allows decreasing the circulating Ige level and lessening an expression of high affinity fc_r1 receptors on the surface of basophiles and mast cells, inhibition of early and late phase of allergic inflammatory response. Combination of antibige therapy and ASIT can lead to decrease of risk of adverse system reactions.
Key words: omalizumab, anti Ige antibodies, allergen specific immunotherapy.

Abstract
The data of a prevalence and etiology of main ENT infectious in children was presented in this work. The methods of choice of antibacterial medications in management of acute and chronic otitis media, acute and chronic sinusitis, acute and recurrent tonsillopharyngitis, epiglottitis were reviewed. Special accent was given to the opportunity of management of these diseases with cephalosporins and, particularly cefixime (suprax). Cefixime is peroral cephalosporin of iii generation; it combines wide range of antibacterial activity, good pharmacokinetic characteristics, favorable tolerance and comfortable application (it should be prescribed once daily). The data, obtained from many controlled trials, shows high clinical and microbiological activity of cefixime in management of ENT infections in children.

Abstract
The data from 12 randomized controlled trials (over 4 thousand of children with known anthropometric data), investigating efficacy of supplement of vitamins and minerals in complex drug to the increase of height and weight in children were included. Proved that routine prescription of micronutrients is accompanied by increase of children's height — standardized mean difference (smd) was 0,28 (95% ci — 0,09; 0,47) (р = 0,003). Maximal efficacy of micronutrients supply was registered in subgroup of stunted children with heightbage zbscores (haz) < b2,0 — SMD 0,58 (0,33; 0,84) (p < 0,001) and in children over 5 years — SMD 0,42 (0,07; 0,78) (р = 0,02). micronutrients don't affect body weight, HAZ, WAZ (weightbage zbscores) and WHZ (weight height zbscores). The results of trials were heterogeneous. The reasons of heterogeneity were a difference in age of children, growth and body weight dynamics, and duration of trial. This metabanalysis indicates that routine micronutrients supply doesn't affect children's body weight, but favors to increase of their growth compared to placebo. Micronutrients show maximal activity in stunted children.

Abstract
The onset of disseminated sclerosis occurs in childhood and juvenile age in 10% of patients. nevertheless, all immunomodulatory drugs for a treatment of this disease intended for adult population of patients, and there's an age limitation to the administration of these medications. There's only one interferon beta in group of «changing the clinical course of disseminated sclerosis medications», that was annotated to the administration in patients from 16 years. It's interferon betab1a (Rebif) for subcutaneous administration in 22 ?g and 44 ?g dosage. This drug was well known as an effective and safe medication for a long term administration for a long time in adult neurological practice. But doctors have to use interferon betab1a «off label» yet in patients younger 16 years in Russia and in other countries, comparing risk of changing the regimen of age limitation and risk of deprivation of un derbaged patient of years of qualitative life.
