Abstract
Adaptative resources of children's organisms at the time of their entrance to school were evaluated with modern automated technology — the method of computer dermographia (KD). Significant risk factors of negative course of adaptative process were determined. High self descriptiveness of KD for integral estimation of state of health at the time of adaptation of children to the school conditions was demonstrated. The scheme of prophylactic measures was developed for the purpose of improvement of state of health of children in preschool age and minimization of negative effects of adaptational period.

Abstract
In order to assess the efficacy of two immunostimulant treatments for prevention of recurrent pharyngotonsillitis, a controlled, parallel group clinical study was conducted. 40 subjects, adults and children, with a positive history of at least acute, febrile, infectious episodes in the oropharyingeal region, were randomized to treatment with pidotimod or with lyophilized polybacterial lysates (LPL). 90 days after the start of treatment, the pidotimod group showed a significant in crease in multitest response by comparison to the LPL group. During the observation period, moreover, a significantly lower incidence of infectious episodes was seen in the pidotimod group than in the LPL group. Tolerance and compliance were good for both drugs.

Abstract
950 schoolchildren in Omsk were observed for the purpose of detection of signs of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). An intensity of symptoms of CDT, vegetative dysfunction, psycho emotional status were estimated with following correction of these disorders with magnesium orotate (marnerot). The symptoms of CTD were detected in more then a half of children and adoles cents with maximal detectability in age of 13–17 years old. An influence of sympathetic system on vegetative status was registered in children and adolescents. Typical signs of it were discoordinated vegetative regulation of respiratory and cardio vascular systems, disorder of psycho emotional status (instability in uneasiness factor, factor of instability of choice, factor of capacity of work). Treatment with magnesium orotate in children and adolescents with CDT was followed by positive changes of state of health, decrease of symptoms of vegetative disbalance, normalization of psycho emotional status, mainly due to restoration of capacity to work.

Abstract
Quality of life is one of the principal criteria of efficacy of medical treatment of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA). There's no any questionnaire for the estimation of quality of life in children aged from 2 to 4 years old in Russia today. Questionnaire chaq (childhood health assessment questionnaire) can be useful for only estimation of functional status in children with JRA. A reliability, validity and sensitivity of Russian versions of ped SQL rheumatology module and ped SQL generic core scale questionnares for the estimation of quality of life in children aged from 2 to 4 years old with JRA are valued in this article. The value of chronbach's alpha was from 0,71 to 0,95, this is an evidence of reliability of Russian version of ped SQL questionnaire. Significant inverse negative relationship of quality of life rate and activity of disease and functional insufficiency index confirms validity of Russian versions of ped SQL questionnaires. Significant increase of quality of life rate in children with JRA aged from 2 to 4 years old treated with infliximab can confirm high sensitivity of Russian versions of ped SQL questionnaires. Authors made a conclusion that Russian versions of ped SQL questionnaires allow estimating quality of life in children with JRA aged from 2 to 4 years old.

Abstract
Efficacy and safety of long acting 29 agonist formoterol (foradil aerolizer) was investigated in comparative study. 30 pediatric patients (6–16 years old) with bronchial asthma were treated with formoterol. 100 ?g of salbutamol by metered9dose inhaler was administered to control group of children (n = 30). The bronchodilating effect of formoterol was comparable to that of short acting 29 agonist salbutamol. Maximal bronchodilating action was registered in 2–4 hours after inhalation and lasted out more then 12 hours. For moterol aerolizer can be easily applicated and allows to carry out doctor's recommendations and to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Formoterol aerolizer allows making greatly less mistakes in inhalation technique then salbutamol in metered dose inhaler. Authors made a conclusion that for moterol can be used as a rescue treatment in children with bronchial asthma upwards 5 years old treated with appropriate basis regimens.

Abstract
The results of trials studying influence of uncombined vitamin a and complex micronutrients containing retinol on children's body weight are analyzed in this article. Uncombined vitamin a doesn't influence on this rate. Micronutrients containing vitamin a administrated during 6 months (median) cause moderate but significant increase of body weight in children. This effect very largely concerned with increase of vitamin a concentration in blood plasma per 1,18 (0,12; 0,23)  mol/l or almost 20% from reference level. The study of results of meta-analysis showed that this result can be achieved with administration of 450 g of vitamin a daily (333–526 g daily) in complex with other micronutrients.

Abstract
Biochemical analysis of children's blood with posthypoxic myocardial ischemia shows increase of creatine phosphokinase (CPK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and troponin. The search of optimal methods of correction posthypoxic myocardial pathology is lasts. Authors examined 104 newborns of first day of living. 83 children had perinatal hypoxia and were observed in children republic clinical hospital of ministry of public health of Tatarstan republic. 62 patients received classical therapy (group 1), and the rest of children received treatment with dimephosphon (group 2). Control group 3 consists of 21 relatively healthy newborns. The activity of LDH, CPK and Troponin (TNI) was registered in all children. Besides, a registration of electrocardiogram (ECG) as provided. destabilization of electrical activity of myocardium and increase of cardio tropic enzymes activity and blood concentration of TNI was estimated as consequences of hypoxia. The level of TNI had a tendency to increasing in children, the state of who was severe at the time of admission. The results of study demonstrate significantly higher therapeutic effect on the assumption of addition of dimephosphon to the standard course of treatment.

Abstract
The most usable medications in pediatric practice are laxative medicaments on the basis of polyethylene glycol (Macrogol 4000) and lactulose. Macrogol 4000 (Forlax) and lactulose have rela tively equal activity, but the first one has more predictable effect (has linear dependence dose–effect), has a beneficial activity in the presence of pain syndrome and mucoprotective activity, stimulates appetite. Significant feature of lactulose is its prebiotic activity, and this is the reason of indistinctive dose–effect dependence, presence of latency time and some adverse events; the rate of last ones is low. Authors make a conclusion that the specialist can make a choice of medication, paying attention to peculiarities of disease in every single patient.
Key words: children, laxative medicaments, Macrogol 4000.
